  1. Working as a full-time permanent faculty member in different constituent schools (Currently at School of Business) of Pokhara University, one of the government universities in Nepal, since 12th November, 2000.
  2. Currently working as an Associate Professor (2015 and onwards) and Lecturer (2000 to 2014) in Pokhara University, Nepal. The responsibilities of this job are teaching, training and research in the field of Statistics, Data Analysis and Modeling, Econometrics, Reproductive Health, Population Studies, Research Methodology.
  3. Focal Person/Programme Coordinator at School of Development and Social Engineering (Population, Gender and Development Program), Pokhara University, Nepal.  This job includes close monitoring and supervision of the Master in Population, Gender and Development (MPGD) program, teaching core courses as well as allied subjects like contemporary population, gender and reproductive health, development studies, Statistics, Research Methodology etc for master level students.  Also worked as a member of curriculum development committee of MPGD and worked as a focal person between PU and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Nepal.
