Responsible for designing the CPD training for the professional development of members of  ICAN and evaluation of the performance of the members on a regular basis in the capacity of head of the different departments.

Centre for Agro-Ecology and Development- CAED, Kathmandu, Nepal (a national level NGO). Responsible for financial management, control and evaluation of the different development projects, reporting to donor agencies, conduct training to local NGOs as Administration and Finance Officer.
